CE.20.001 – Pyrolysis of waste plastics into directly usable resources
The development and demonstration of a compact (mobile) pyrolysis installation that directly, locally and efficiently transforms waste plastics into renewable raw materials (diesel, naphtha, gas and carbon black) with high purity and low sulfur content (ultra low sulfur diesel (EN590)), which also prevents extra CO2 emissions from transport and incineration of waste plastics. From the resulting naphtha range fraction virgin plastics can be manufactured.
